Course Description:

Overview of Medical Malpractice Litigation in Florida and steps that every person should know when receiving medical care in Florida.

Speaker Bio:

Greg Hoag, founder and managing partner of Gregory Hoag Law, has dedicated his entire career to helping clients who have suffered a catastrophic injury, death as a result of medical malpractice. He has almost 25 years of experience in prosecuting medical malpractice cases and taking those cases to trial throughout the state of Florida. He was previously a partner in shareholder at one of the oldest and most respected injury law firms in Saint Petersburg-Masterson and Hoag, P.A. It was during this time that Mr. Hoag was privileged to work alongside prominent trial lawyer Thomas Masterson for 18 years. Mr. Hoag developed a true passion for helping people who have suffered serious injuries or death through no fault of their own and remains committed to putting the clients first.
