Data Privacy and Cyber Risk Management

Course Description:

This program will describe and explain concepts and regulations applicable to data management, data privacy, and cyber risk management. Relevant laws, recommendations, and bar rules will be presented. This is a practical presentation for solo practitioners and small law firms.

Speaker Bio:

Henry Ortiz is an attorney with extensive experience at the intersection of enterprise technology, regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, and data privacy. He currently works for Holland and Knight pllc. Throughout his career, he has advised organizations on technology governance, risk management, and the implementation of compliance frameworks that address evolving legal and regulatory requirements.
